ClubHQ™ isn't the only thing we're building.

SportHQ

A modular platform for organisations managing multiple clubs or leagues rather than a single club, built on the same ClubHQ™ foundation. SportHQ ships four pre-built packages, Beginner, Campus League, Sport Club, and Scholar Management, alongside fully bespoke builds for clients who need something built from scratch. Clubs already on ClubHQ™ can be folded into a SportHQ build with their existing data carried across, nothing for them to move or set up themselves. Pricing follows the same per-user-per-year model as ClubHQ™, with capped tiers so you're never paying for people who log on once and disappear. Every build carries a one-off set-up fee, scaled to the size of the build and the time it takes us. New clients are being taken on now for discovery and build, though contracts and onboarding won't start until June 2027.

ClubHQ™'s committee features, pulled out and built further, shaped directly by committees through ongoing market research rather than built in isolation. Unlike ClubHQ™, it's aimed at a global launch from day one. Alongside it, a resource bank is being built from national governing bodies and major voices in sport.
